Illustrated views of
the installation procedure and exploded views of the parts with factory
part numbers.
WIRING DIAGRAMS FOR FIAT
SPIDERS
We able to offer you the "correct" wiring diagrams for your specific
model year of Spider, unlike the "generic" or "foreign
market" wiring diagrams that are offered elsewhere. Our
diagrams were produced by Fiat North America's Technical Department while the
cars were being sold as new vehicles and incorporate all the differences unique
to our USA cars. The diagrams vary in number of pages depending upon year of the
car, but cover your car fully with individual circuits on each page, wire color
and diameter charts and relay and component locations. You cannot be without
one of these for your specific year of car! Please email for wiring diagrams not listed.
esportscarparts@gmail.com
the following wiring diagrams for fuel-injected cars come with a
COLOR
overview of the fuel injection system:
RELAY
& ELECTRICAL COMPONENT IDENTIFICATION AND LOCATION MANUAL - Covers the 1974-1981 124/2000 Spider, 1974 -1981 X1/9, and the 1976-1981

electrical components. Covers their function, what type of relay it is
and has schematics of the different types of relays.
FIAT SPIDER OWNER'S MANUALS
- Everyone should have the correct Owner's Manual for their car!
Fiat always packed their Owner's Manuals with operation
instructions, basic maintenance information, technical
specifications, scheduled maintenance and much more. Now with
our reprints you can know what switch controls what, what fuses are in
what place and much more. FIAT Owner's Manuals are so comprehensive
that they can be used as a mini-shop manual for your car.
NOTE: Our reprint Owner's
Manuals are in "booklet" form, the same shape and size as the originals, not
the 8.5 x 11 inch copies
available elsewhere.

FUEL INJECTION DIAGNOSIS MANUAL
- Is your fuel-injected car running a bit
"off"? Have a rough idle or hard starting? Lack of power or poor gas mileage?
These and other running problems are covered and diagnosed component by
component in this manual. Written by Fiat North America when the cars were
still sold "new", the best part about this manual is that all you need is a test
light and volt-ohm meter to do virtually all the testing on every individual
fuel injection component! This is exactly the information you need to diagnosis
your car right in your own garage or driveway. The material in this manual is
not covered in any other manual, so if it is a specific fuel injection problem

LANCIA BETA VOLUMEX SHOP MANUAL SUPPLEMENT
- The 1983-1984 Lancia Beta Coupe and HPE models were available with a supercharger as
Volumex models. This same concept was applied to the 1984-1985
Pininfarina Spider Europa VX. This is a reprint of the Lancia Factory Volumex Shop Manual
Supplement with specifications, service procedures, carburetor tuning,
electrical diagrams and more all unique to the Volume models.
SPIDER CONVERTIBLE TOP GUIDE - This is the Factory instructions for lowering, raising, maintenance
and convertible top removal, top installation and adjustments (and there are more adjustments available then you can imagine!). Generally has three photos on each page documenting the process. Absolutely essential if
you are even thinking about replacing your own top. Instructions for the "proper" procedure in lowering and raising the top are also included.
FIAT SPECIAL SERVICE TOOLS - FIAT, like all auto manufacturers, had
special service tools to accomplish certain repair or maintenance
procedures. This manual is a listing of all the service tools FIAT
issued from the 850 models to the 2000 Spider. A picture of each tool is
shown along with the FIAT and Kent-Moore part numbers, the application
to what vehicle and the purpose. This is essential if you are really
going to "dig deep" into your FIAT.
FIAT SPIDER FULL COLOR POSTER - This is the original Factory poster, not a reproduction or
reprint as sold elsewhere. Measures 3 feet wide by 2 feet high.
2000 SPIDER AIR CONDITIONING GUIDE
- Trying to figure out how your A/C system was installed or trying
to troubleshoot and fix it? This 19 page Factory Guide goes over the operation and installation instructions with a parts list for the
kit, diagrams of what the parts look like, how to install the condenser, evaporator, receiver/drier, etc. along with where they go, wiring diagrams
and more for the A/C system in 1979 and newer 2000 Spiders.
5-SPEED TRANSMISSION REPAIR MANUAL - Another great manual written by Fiat North America when the cars were
still sold "new". Gives complete technical specifications, a
description of the physical operation of the transmission (ever wonder how
all those gears spin around and work?) complete disassembly instructions
for the shafts, gears, synchros and bearings, cleaning and inspection
instructions and then complete reassembly procedures. Each individual
procedure is well documented with specific instructions and an average of
three photos and/or diagrams or drawings on each of the 44 pages. Do not go
into your Spider's transmission without this! Covers all 5-speed
transmissions in the 124/2000/Pininfarina Spiders models.
REAR AXLE/DIFFERENTIAL REPAIR MANUAL
- Another great manual written by Fiat North America when the cars were
still sold "new". Gives complete technical specifications, removal and
installation instructions, disassembly, inspection and assembly instructions
with shim selection, backlash check and tooth contact pattern check procedures. Each individual
procedure is well documented with specific instructions and an average of
three photos and/or diagrams or drawings on each of the 20 pages. Covers 1979-on 2000
Fiat/Pininfarina Spiders and 1979-on 131/Brava models.
PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION TECHNICIAN'S WORKBOOK
- Another great manual written by Fiat North America when the cars were
still sold "new". Prior to delivery to the new owner, each
Spider was supposed to go thru an exhaustive procedure of checks and
adjustments. So many that this manual has 36 pages with sections for lower
chassis, engine compartment, interior, upper chassis, body, electrical, road
test and final inspection. Each section is fully illustrated with diagrams
showing the procedures and the items to check.
Interested in what was supposed
to happen at the dealership? Or how about using this as a mini maintenance
manual for your car? If you spend an afternoon going over all these procedures
your Spider will be a much better car for it!
FIAT SPIDER TURBO INTRODUCTION - Curious
about what made this rare model of Spider different from the rest? Written by Fiat North
America (who arranged for the cars to be "turbo-ed" here in the US and
not in Italy as many believe), included are cosmetic and identification
differences, all the engine compartment changes, plus a full explanation
of the turbo system operation, boost enrichment and load enrichment
circuits, over boost protection, trouble diagnosis and possible causes,
plus test procedures and complete torque specifications. Do you own a
Turbo Spider, want to own one or are looking into "turbo-ing" your
own Spider? The information contained here is priceless! 21 pages and 42
pictures/illustrations.
FIAT SPIDER TURBO PARTS CATALOG
- The exploded views, factory part numbers and parts list of the components of the Turbo Spider. Also includes info
on the Turbo Spider distributor and the air conditioning system.
A BLAST FROM THE PAST...
JERRARI PERFORMANCE EQUIPMENT CATALOG
- Starting in 1969, Jerrari Equipment in Redondo Beach, CA offered a
line of performance parts and accessories for Fiat 124 Spiders and Coupes.
Those of you old enough may remember their ads in the back of Road & Track
and Car & Driver. After two years they published their first parts and
accessories catalog in August 1971 and this is it! They have performance
heads, cams, dual Weber 40DCN's, pistons, tuned headers (for $79.95 !),
shocks, roll bars and whole bunch more fun stuff. What a blast to see the
state of Fiat high-performance from 40 years ago! By the way, you can't make it
out on the thumbnail image, but the 124 Coupe on the cover has the
California personalized license plate "FIAT".
ABARTH EXHAUST CATALOG - This was published in 1967 by the then Abarth exhaust importer. This 20 page catalog
lists the Abarth exhausts available along with other sports car "goodies"
that Fisher Products offered at the time. A very cool look back in time 45 years ago!
OWN A PIECE OF HISTORY!
- After FIAT ceased selling cars in the US
in 1982 they stayed several years to provide replacement parts here in the
US. In 1990 they sold off the parts business to Import Parts America (IPA)
out of Fremont, CA and left the US behind.
IPA made a nice attempt at doing some
marketing and one of the things they did was to provide a "community"
newsletter. In exchange for your address, year and model of car they would
send you a quarterly newsletter. This newsletter was a great idea, but
after three issues or so it folded.
What we have here is the original, initial Volume 1, Issue 1 FIAT BRAVO
NEWSLETTER from the Fall of 1990. This is NOT a copy or reprint but the
actual newsletter itself printed over 20 years ago.
This is an incredible look at the FIAT scene
two decades ago and has articles on FIAT's history since 1899, "Affordable
Classic Cars", maintaining your convertible top, adjusting headlamps.
paint maintenance, a great technical Q & A, and pictures & descriptions of
various owner's cars: Scorpions, 124's, 850's and more.
This is the original, oversized 8 page
Newsletter Volume 1, Issue 1, dated Fall of 1990. Quantities are limited
so order it now.
OWN A PIECE OF HISTORY! (part 2) - Even after Fiat stopped selling
cars in 1982, they continued selling parts here in the US and Canada. Every couple of months they
issued "Dealer Price Lists" to the former dealers and now coming on line
"Parts Distributors". As parts would come and go the size of
the issues would vary, but in general they are about 120 pages and list each
and every part with factory part number, a description, dealer price and
retail price. These books were not supposed to fall into the consumer's hands; the wealth
of information contained within is tremendous!
These are ORIGINAL FIAT/LANCIA price books, not
copies or reprints so quantities are of course limited.
